Dr. Catherine L. Newsome is a Personal Development Coach with a concentration on personal development for leaders and women in leadership. She integrates biblical wisdom and psychological principles to help leaders and women in leadership maximize their potential, becoming more effective, confident, and fulfilled in their roles and lives.

 

She is the Founder & CEO of Catherine Empowers Global, Inc., a business specializing in speaking, coaching, training, counseling, and empowerment events. Dr. Catherine offers personal and leadership development, staff and team development, and training services tailored to the specific needs of your organization (non-profit or for-profit), corporation, business, school, or church. Development and training services or workshops can be held in person or virtually.

She authored and self-published two books titled "Fatherless to Fathered: Freedom from Rejection and Abandonment" and "True ID: The Solution to an Identity Crisis."

Dr. Catherine is a scholar and thought leader who values education; she holds four earned degrees. She has a PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) in Psychology, specializing in Developmental Psychology, a Master of Arts degree in Human Services Counseling, specializing in Life Coaching, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a Minor in Religious Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.

 

Dr. Catherine is the recipient of an honorary doctorate in Theology from Bible Faith Global University.​​
